1. General Rule: No Refunds
Except as expressly required by applicable law, all fees paid to Klorra are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes (without limitation) subscription fees, pay-as-you-go bid fees, overage charges, taxes, and promotional or one-time charges.
2. Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. Subscriber may cancel at any time through in-app account settings or by writing to support@klorra.ai. Cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current billing period. NO PRORATION OR REFUND IS PROVIDED FOR UNUSED TIME, UNUSED BID ALLOWANCE, OR EARLY CANCELLATION. Subscriber retains access to the Service through the end of the paid period.
3. Pay-As-You-Go Bids
Pay-as-you-go bid fees are charged at the time of submission and are NON-REFUNDABLE once submitted, regardless of whether a Deliverable has been produced or accepted. The first takeoff for a new account is provided free of charge; the free-takeoff allowance is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be combined with other promotional credits.
4. Service-Failure Accommodations (Discretionary)
Klorra may, at its SOLE DISCRETION and as a matter of customer accommodation rather than legal obligation, issue a partial credit or refund in cases of confirmed service failure or billing error. Any such accommodation is one-time, does not establish a course of dealing, does not create a precedent or entitlement to future accommodations, and may be denied for any reason or no reason. Klorra has no obligation to respond to refund requests within any particular timeframe.
5. Termination by Klorra
If Klorra terminates a Subscriber's subscription for any reason described in the Terms (including breach, non-payment, AUP violation, fraud, or risk to the Service), no refund is owed. If Klorra elects to discontinue the Service entirely and not on account of Subscriber misconduct, Klorra may, at its sole discretion, issue a pro-rata refund of pre-paid, unused subscription fees as Subscriber's sole remedy.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy waives any non-waivable statutory right Subscriber may have under applicable law.
7. How to Request a Discretionary Accommodation
To ask Klorra to consider a discretionary credit, send an email to support@klorra.aifrom the email address on file for the account, including the Subscriber's account name, the invoice or charge identifier, the Deliverable identifier (for pay-as-you-go), and the basis for the request. Klorra is under no obligation to acknowledge or respond. If Klorra agrees to issue a credit or refund, Klorra will determine in its sole discretion the form (credit vs. refund) and amount.
8. Method
Where Klorra elects to issue a refund, it will be made to the original payment method through Klorra's payment processor. Settlement timing depends on the issuing bank or card network.
