1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device to remember information between requests. Similar technologies — such as local storage, session storage, pixel tags, and software development kits — work in comparable ways. In this Policy, "cookies" refers to cookies and these similar technologies.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary
Required for the Service to function. They keep you signed in, maintain session state, route requests correctly, prevent abuse, and enable security features. The Service cannot operate without these cookies. You may block them at the browser level, but the Service will not function. Examples include Clerk authentication cookies, Vercel session and routing cookies, and Cloudflare bot-management cookies.
2.2 Functional
Used to remember choices you make on klorra.ai or in the application. Disabling these reduces personalization but does not break the Service.
2.3 Analytics & Performance
Used to understand aggregate usage of the Service, including page-load times, feature adoption, and error rates. Examples include Sentry for error monitoring and PostHog for product analytics (page views and feature events; no session replay; no persistence of personal information beyond a scrubbed user identifier).
2.4 Advertising / Targeting
We do not currently use advertising or targeting cookies. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under U.S. state privacy laws.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by our subprocessors. The current list of subprocessors is published at klorra.ai/subprocessors.
4. Your Choices
Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent the Service from working.
Privacy-rights requests. To exercise rights under U.S. state privacy laws, email privacy@klorra.ai. Klorra honors verified Global Privacy Control signals to the extent required by applicable law; because Klorra does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, most signals already match Klorra's default behavior.
5. Changes
Klorra may update this Cookie Policy at any time by posting an updated version at klorra.ai/cookies.
